Yoga – english

Yoga in the purest sense is beyond an exercice of the body. Yoga brings the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects together to enhance daily life to the fullest.

Through a gentle and soft practice that comes out from different styles of Yoga (Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga), the participants are led to a new state of peace and quiet.

Yogam goal is to spread the teaching and the practice of Yoga in an easy and no frills style that could accomodate all kind of people. Both Yoga and Nature have the ability to inspire us and provide insights into our lives.

Yoga class is approx. 90 minutes.

You can use either your mat or the one provided by the teacher.

Choose loose-fitting and confortable clothes.

Yoga class is suitable for all ages and for both beginners and advanced.

I have been studying and experiencing the benefits of the yoga lifestyle first hand since 2008. I began my spiritual quest trying to overcome the dogmas imposed by society and its environment. Yoga really got into my system and through the teaching I hope to help others to find a more peaceful and happy life thanks to the yoga lifestyle.

I completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher training, a lot more on (and out) of the mat! I also have an MBA, speak fluently four languages and write for online and offline blogs and magazines.
